Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India, and the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) are pleased to announce the 56th Edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI), scheduled from 20th to 28th November 2025 in Goa, India.
IFFI stands as Asia’s oldest and most prestigious international film festival, recognized by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations (FIAPF). It is a globally respected platform dedicated to celebrating the best in contemporary international cinema, fostering cultural exchange, and promoting diverse cinematic voices from around the world.
IFFI's call for Entries among filmmakers, production houses, film institutions, sales agents, distributors and relevant cultural and creative organizations in your country through your official channels. Your assistance will ensure that talented filmmakers from your nation have the opportunity to present their works on the prestigious international stage of IFFI 2025.
Submission deadline: 31st August 2025
Awards worth $113,856/- (Indicative value, award currency is in INR) await the best cinematic works presented at IFFI, honouring creative excellence and providing global recognition to deserving
Key Submission Details:
• Eligible films must be completed between 1st September 2024 and 31st August 2025
• Minimum runtime of 72 minutes or more
• India Premiere is mandatory
• Submission deadline: 31st August 2025
• Films to be submitted via FilmFreeway platform
