There are only two more days left before the Senior High School Intramurals—the moment we've all been waiting for! The friendly battles are about to begin, so warm up and get ready to fill your journey with moments of enjoying games, cheering for your teams, and exploring different exciting booths! On September 1, the Senior High School Department conducted an orientation for the upcoming educational field trip. SHS Assistant Principal Mrs. Adel P. Fuentes briefed attending students and class advisers on key trip reminders, safety protocols, and the upcoming itinerary. This brief session ensured that everyone was fully prepared for an enjoyable, educational, and safe experience.

Ms. Adel walked everyone through the day’s schedule, highlighting important guidelines on assembly times and appropriate behavior, placing special emphasis on upholding the values of a Catholic institution. Beyond the excitement of exploring new places, this field trip offers a great chance to take learning outside the classroom and create lasting memories with batchmates.

With all the guidelines set, the SHS Department is officially ready for its meaningful, fun-filled adventure!

✨Rector’s Cup 2026! 🏆

Together with our fellow Catholic schools: Immaculate Conception Seminary, Sto. Rosario Sapang Palay College, and Colegio de San Juan de Dios, we represent friendly yet meaningful sports. Given this, we honor Rev. Fr. Edgardo I. Toribio to initiate an event which strengthens bond between our school through fair play, genuine camaraderie, and sportsmanship. The success of Rector’s Cup is an evidence of power and unity among our sister schools.

May this event remind athletes that victory is sweet, yet the lessons, contentment, and fun are truly priceless.

Congratulations to all of our athletes and coaches who showcased their efforts, talents, and fearless spirit! 🎉

For all examinees: you’ve already proven through hard work that you have what it takes to succeed at this level!

Regardless of how intimidating the USTET might seem at this time, know that the ability to succeed on this test is already yours, and you’re stronger, smarter, and more capable than what you perceive yourself to be. Don’t allow anxiety to control or dictate what you feel about your future efforts. Instead, remember to breathe, believe in yourself and give it your all.

Passing this exam does not determine your value or success in life. However, if you have been courageous and you put yourself forward, the experience will create new opportunities for you. Good luck, future Thomasians. Best of luck! You’ve got this! 💛🖤

How are you feeling right now?

We know school can feel overwhelming, especially when activities become continuous. Always remember that learning isn’t about being perfect—it’s about making progress and growing with each experience. It's okay when sometimes you've asked yourself, "Am I still able to do these?" The answer is yes.

In every challenge you experience, you're growing, you're learning, and you're making progress. Every lesson you learn and every task you've completed makes you closer to your goals. Take things one step at a time, stay consistent, trust yourself. Always remember your effort truly matters.

✨️Family Day: A Day Blessed with the Warmth of Each Families✨️

Last December 15, it was a day filled with the laughter of every family echoing through the pillars of Gym 1. The Family Day this year was celebrated with the graceful performance of Serviam and Dance Club for the Panunuluyan, where everyone is reminded that we celebrate Christmas along with all the angels in heaven and the Holy Family.

After the solemn performance, the exciting performance of Grade 12 STEM 1—Ang Alamat Sierra Madre—brought thrill. It showcased the amazing talents of our Grade 12 students, and their ability to adapt and cooperate under circumstances. It showed us the story of Sierra Madre—how love enables us to create a safe space to love and be at peace despite challenges.

This lively day did not end with that presentation, as the Music Ministry delivered a wonderful performance with the songs “Sa Paskong Darating” and “Noche Buena," followed by groovy performances from the Dance Club and the officers.

Games facilitated by the SSG officers were also played, as several families played "Tumpakners" and "Wear It! Pop It!" Finally, this spirited experience extended to each section's classroom to continue celebrating by dining all together as a family.

Another day, another time filled with energy and creativity with thriving school spirit, Monicans! This celebration began with the introduction of Baryanihan, the fund raising program of our school’s Gym 1 roof—reminding us that even small contributions can create a big change for one another. Students from each grade level proudly stepped into the stage and shared their amazing talents to us, from powerful cheer dance performances of our Grade 12 students, to the harmonious voices of our Senior High School Choir, the lively dance and singing of our Junior High School Monicans, and especially the performance of the history of our school that was performed by the Entablado Club. These are the performances that not only made us cheer, but also inspired all of the audience—Happy Foundation Day!

"To move is to grow, and to grow is to bloom." 🌸

Good day, Monicans! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Last December 9, 2025, our school gymnasium turned into an amazing dance floor as we celebrated our Foundation Day with an energetic Zumba Marathon! 🎶🔥

From our little ones in Elementary to our passionate Senior High Department, the vibe was through the roof!

We were hosted by incredible Zumba instructors who kept our bodies alive and our spirits high. We also got to witness some serious style and talent during our awarding ceremony—huge congratulations to our Most Energetic Monicans who truly stole the show! But the day was not just about the dance and laughter; it was also about giving back. Following the marathon, our section representatives took part in a Tree Planting activity, symbolizing our growth and commitment to the future. 🌳🍃
