Subject: Urgent Requirement for O Rh-Positive Blood
Patient Details:
Condition: Severe anemia
Hemoglobin: 2.9 g/dL
Clinical Status: Critically low hemoglobin, at immediate risk of hypoxia, shock, and organ failure.

Blood Group: O Rh-positive

Units Required: Minimum 3 units of packed red blood cells

Urgency: Immediate. The patient requires transfusion as soon as possible to stabilize vital signs and prevent life-threatening complications.
