Sleeping Bed and Source of Income.
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢
I have seen many laborers in Islamabad Mandi who face tough living conditions. These workers earn very little money each day, making it difficult for them to afford proper shelter or a room to sleep in. They spend their entire day working hard, using this 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 for their labor work. At the end of the day, they sleep on these same 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲 until the next morning starts.

It is truly unfortunate that so many people in our country have to endure such harsh conditions to survive.

Temperatures in Pakistan have reached alarming levels, exceeding 52 degrees Celsius (more than 125°F). To stay safe during this extreme heat, please follow these precautions:

Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water every day, aiming for at least 15 to 17 cups.
Keep your skin hydrated: Use a wet towel to hydrate your face and skin every hour.
Avoid Direct sun exposure: minimize outdoor activities and avoid direct sunlight between 11 AM and 5 PM.

Temperatures rose above 52 degrees Celsius (125.6 degrees Fahrenheit) in Pakistan’s southern province of Sindh, the highest reading of the summer and close to the country’s record high amid an ongoing heatwave, the met office said on Monday.
