Wild Adventures Theme Park isn’t talked about nearly enough.
It’s where a water park, thrill rides, a zoo, live shows, seasonal events, concerts, and more all come together in one destination. This hidden gem even features coasters from award-winning manufacturers like Vekoma.
Boomerang and Twisted Typhoon were the top picks for the coaster lovers in our family, while Boat Parade and Frog Hopper took the cake for Zoe.
We spent an entire day there and still didn’t make it to Splash Island Water Park because the rides and animals were our main priority this trip! We can’t wait to head back later this summer and dedicate a full day to exploring Splash Island.
Some of our favorite non-ride experiences:
🌴 Alapaha Trail – So peaceful and unique. It feels like you’ve stepped away from the theme park and into nature alongside some beautiful animals.
🦒 Ultimate Animal Feeding Experience – $29.99 and includes: 2 Giraffe Feeds, 2 Pond Feeds, 2 Birdhouse Feeds, 2 Alligator Food Packs, 1 Petting Zoo Feed, & 1 Photo Print
Our tips for visiting:
• If you have a Pre-K kiddo, you’ll definitely want to check this park out. Wild Adventures offers a FREE Pre-K Kids Season Pass that provides unlimited admission for children ages 3–5.
• Right now, you can Pay for a Day and Get the Summer Free with the Summer Fun Card. It’s $59.99 + tax, and the only blackout dates are July 3 and 4.
• Bring bug spray if you’re someone who usually needs it. It was a hot, swampy Southern day, and the gnats and mosquitoes were definitely a little obsessed with us.
Final thought:
For a park that combines rides, animals, and a water park all in one place, Wild Adventures delivers a lot more than people expect and they do it in an affordable way!
