The heavy rain we were tracking in Burke/Jenkins County is now moving northeast, leading to an Areal Flood Advisory for parts of Richmond, Columbia, McDuffie, Burke, Aiken, and Edgefield counties until 10:30pm.

Minor flooding is expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen, with an additional 1 to 3 inches expected.
