Trump Declares War on Supreme Court Birthright Ruling: “American Citizenship Is NOT for Sale!”

President Donald Trump says he will immediately ask the U.S. Supreme Court to rehear its birthright citizenship ruling, arguing the decision will fuel what he called a growing citizenship scam.

In a Truth Social post Wednesday, Trump claimed billboards and signs are appearing along the U.S.-Mexico border and in Mexico advertising birthright citizenship, with “deliveries starting at $4,000.” He also alleged similar advertisements are appearing across the United States.

Trump argued the scheme could allow people to obtain U.S. citizenship by paying for childbirth in America, claiming it would become “by far, the number one way of becoming a citizen,” with family members eventually following.

Calling the situation “not sustainable,” Trump declared:

“AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP IS NOT FOR SALE!”

He also argued that such activity is a crime and said the Supreme Court’s decision was “wrong,” calling it “a miscarriage of justice” that could “destroy America” unless the Court changes its ruling.

Trump said his administration will seek a rehearing before the Supreme Court immediately.
