"اليوم الَّذي تعجزُ فيهِ عن قراءةِ سورةِ البقرةِ كاملةً تامَّة، استمع فيهِ للرُّقيةِ الشَّرعيَّة، فإن عجزتَ فسورةُ الدُّخانِ ليلًا والصَّافَّاتِ صبحًا، فإن عجزتَ فأذكارُ الصَّباحِ والمساء، فإن عجزتَ فالمُلكُ قبل النَّوم، فإن عجزتَ فآيةُ الكرسيّ، فإن عجزتَ فالاستغفار، وذلك أضعفُ الإيمان.
يا أخي كيف يلقى أحدُنا الله خاليًا من ذِكرِه سبحانه طوال يومِه."
