Last October, the CHAP Council proudly took part in the 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝗯𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, raising awareness about breast cancer and honoring the courage of every warrior, survivor, and family touched by this fight.

Through this simple yet heartfelt act, we hoped to inspire conversations, encourage early detection, and show our community that no one battles alone. 𝘌𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘣𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦, 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺. 🌸

𝐄𝐗𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒

The CHAP Council, together with the generous support of the Nursing Students Organization (NSO), Medical Technology Society (MTS), Junior Philippine Pharmacists Association (JPPA), and CHAP faculty, reached out to our affected communities with hearts full of compassion and purpose.

We visited three communities in Hinigaran, Isabela, and La Castellana, bringing with us 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩, 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 that no family faces hardship alone. We also channelled support to La Carlota through one of the student organizations of UNO-R, extending our mission of service even further.

From canned goods and clean drinking water to basic necessities, pre-loved clothes, and more— every donation 𝙨𝙮𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 greater than themselves.

Today’s outreach reminded us that when different organizations stand together, we create real impact and inspire hope where it’s needed most.

May these simple acts of love help our communities rebuild and rise stronger. 𝗪𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘀. God bless us all. 🙏💖

In light of the recent typhoon that has severely impacted Negros Occidental, the 𝐍𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, in collaboration with 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐩 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥, is conducting a 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 to extend support to affected families and communities.

Negros Occidental has once again felt the devastating impact of the recent typhoon, leaving many families displaced, homes destroyed, and communities struggling to recover. And as another storm is expected to make landfall soon, our fellow Negrenses urgently need our help more than ever.

We are calling on your kind hearts to extend support through cash or in-kind donations (such as rice, canned goods, bottled water, hygiene kits, blankets, and clothing). Every contribution, no matter how small, can make a massive difference in helping families rebuild and recover from the coming storm.

Due to Typhoon Tino, the Friar-Administrators of Colegio San Agustin-Bacolod (CSAB) have announced the suspension of onsite classes and office operations from November 6-8, 2025. The school will remain open to assist with charging electronic devices as needed.
Regular operations are set to resume on November 10, 2025. Stay safe, Augustinians, and continue praying for everyone's well-being.

𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞: The clinic will also be open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to accommodate individuals requiring first aid treatment and those who have been exposed to floodwaters and are in need of a prescription for leptospirosis prophylaxis.

Those entering the campus are reminded to bring and show their 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐈𝐃 at the gate.
