In this workshop we will go over some duo shapes and brief sequences on different apparatus’, (Lyra, fabric, rope, sling) and how to move with and lift your friends safely!

Burlington folk-New round of Lyra class at Murmurations Aerial Dance starts TOMORROW!!!

We’ve got teen/tween drop ins, we’ve got level 1, we’ve got level 2, we’ve even got a NEW ROUND OF FOUNDATIONS!! There is class for every skill level-if for any reason you are unsure of what to sign up for, shoot me a message! I love getting new people on the hoops, so don’t be scared to give it a shot :)

Weekends are also full of different kinds of workshop and drop-ins, so take a look at all the awesome stuff being taught by everyone here and come join us!

New series of choreo and creativity drop-ins start this Sunday morning for any of my local aerialists wanting help developing performance pieces at Murmurations!

We have a few performance opportunities coming up in the next few months-if you’ve never made an aerial act before these drop ins are a great way to work on it! If you’re totally new we’ll have some creative exercises at the beginning to help get juices flowing, and will save time for you to work on your own pieces and get feedback as well!

Every boooody!! Wanna move and feel silly? Or serious about spinning? Let’s move those feet-and other appendages!

I’m now offering private lessons in a variety of disciplines-Lyra, Clowning, act creation-just to list a few- but I’ve also got a lot of experience with more traditional forms of entertainment and movement-need help with public speaking? Audition prep for theater schools or anything else? A licensed yoga instructor for a lrivate or semi-private lesson?

Lyra lessons must be in person in Burlington, VT, the rest I can do in person or virtually!

Private lessons start at 60/hr depending on skill, duration, and location!

A collaborative aerial dance and circus performance with live music an visuals that react and respond to dancers movement!

A huge thanks to everyone involved in creating this New Years Eve show, and everyone who came to watch! It was a big project with many hands and I’m so happy with how it turned out and getting to present in Contois was amazing!

We are just a week away from our performance as a part of the Highlights Festival for New Years!
