October is here … it’s time to spread your wings and embrace CHANGE for the better

This month brings a new season and it’s a season that reminds us that CHANGE is inevitable and constant

Embrace the CHANGE in your life and FALL into action whatever that change may be for you…new job, new home, new school, new partner, new morning routine, new habit, new attitude

This Fall season embrace CHANGE towards self-improvement, what are you planning to do to spread your wings and become better at _______?(fill in the blank)

I’m going to work on becoming better at closing open tabs or loops - my ongoing to do items of procrastination! This was inspired by Episode 22 of her podcast Blissin Up where she shares the concept of being intentional every month.
