Since the inception of Her Hectic Life the goal has always been to help mompreneurs navigate entrepreneurship... not just by providing the tools and resources for business growth but personal growth as well. Whether it was teaching women how to create flat lays for their products or reminding them to keep it spicy at a workshop, Ive always positioned HHL at the intersection of business strategy and personal development & wellness.
Understanding the importance of reprieve, I wanted to help women with a quick escape where they could steal a moment to refocus. Stephanie and I even made the goal to have ... and then there was a global pandemic.
Nine months into social distancing (that’s 20 Verzus, 87 TikTok dance’s and a Tiger King later) friends and those close to HHL convinced me to stop putting off the escape, Beyonce had declared that it was time to be “back OUTSIDE!”. So I gathered up a dozen Co19 tests, a few dope services from local business bosses and The Excursion was born. And for 5 years it was EVERYTHING we needed it to be.
But now the world has adjusted to its new normal just being “outside” isn’t enough. It’s important to me to offer an escape that aligns more with the Her Hectic Life brand and that’s less party house and more restoration.
Unplugged and Unbothered is not a pivot, it simply picks up where the Excursion leaves off… after a round of shots and a quick twerk, what’s next?
Expect great vibes, themed nights and memory making photo shoots… but also quiet moments, guided conversations and tools on how to manage life’s hecticness. It’s not JUST about unplugging but learning how to plug back in with purpose peace and a plan.
