Fun trivia bit! This was ALMOST the overtly-and-intentionally pretentious title and poster for "The Art Painting." Designed by the talented .

We love the more palatable title we went with, but there will always be the "what might have been..."

October 1st (tomorrow), come by the Lobo Theater (if you're in Albuquerque) and check out the premiere of "The Art Painting." The screening block starts at noon.

The film is a LOT of fun. But don't take my word for it.

Firstly, this is NOT THE Cannes Film Festival - this is a smaller monthly international competition taking place in...Cannes.
However we are still very excited and honored to have won "Best Director of an Indie Short" and "Best Actor in a Short Film" for John M. Broadhead () and Clint Obenchain ()!
We hope this will be the first of many awards to come!
