Woke up to the horrible news that DJ Reza has passed on . Rest In Peace to our friend of Go Ventures. You will be missed Brother. Thank you for all the long nights, great talks and solid advice and most of all your friendship. You always were there for us and stood by our side. You will not be forgotten my friend .

Truly grateful to have had DJ Reza in my life. A true pioneer and promoter of the underground dance scene - a DJ’s DJ who shared his joy of music with everyone and created so many opportunities for us to play LIVE from coliseums to water parks. He was devoted to audiences from small rooms to festivals of thousands. He was always the first to say yes at my Holiday Groove charity events and would say to me, “Egil, put me on last. I want to keep the party going.” I will miss you my friend. RIP, DJ Reza.

As announced a few days ago, DJ Reza Gerami sadly passed away unexpectedly. Reza was a true pioneer of the Southern California underground dance movement. He spent his life bringing people together through music, positivity, and community.

But more than anything, Reza was an incredibly proud father. The light of his life was his daughter, Kiki. Reza’s family has created a GoFundMe to help support Kiki and make sure she’s taken care of.
