ACHIEVING PEACE THROUGH GREEN JOBS

This video features Mr. Mamuda Mallam Baba, Chairman of the Head Teachers Association of 63 public schools in Potiskum, Yobe State, a region in Northeast Nigeria that has suffered heavily from insurgency attacks.
In the video, he expresses their gratitude to the CEO of Make Yobe Green and Safe Mr. Abubakar Abdulmusawwir and his team on behalf of the schools and students who benefited from the training and workshops on green business creation and environmental protection conducted by the organization.

He explains that the training have helped both the teachers and students beyond measure. Mr. Baba further thanks them for creating green jobs in the community and adds that such workshops and training will provide job opportunities for youths and prevent them from joining insurgent groups or engaging in criminal activities.

In this video, Mr. Baba, expresses their gratitude on behalf of the students and schools that benefited from the trainings on green job creation and environmental protection conducted by Make Yobe Green and Safe.
He thanks the CEO Mr. Abubakar Abdulmusawwir and his team for their commitment and creation of green businesses in the community, Mr. Baba further added that these workshops and trainings will not only protect the environment but will also equip young people and discourage them from joining insurgent groups or engaging in criminal activities, which often arise due to unemployment and lack of opportunities.
