Hi. Long time no talk. The last thing I ever want to do is make promises I can't keep, so I'll just say- I miss you guys, and I promise the podcast isn't OVER over. It's just on a very, very, VERY long hiatus. But things are in motion. Slow motion, but still motion. If that ambiguous half-promise isn't enough for you, I'll be doing a few pretty cool things over the next couple of weeks, if anyone wants to join.
TOMORROW NIGHT 10/18, I'll be telling ghost stories at the Monster Masquerade Ball at Eaton County's Museum at Courthouse Square. The Charlotte location of Deadtime Stories will be open during this time, and we're in the midst of a HUGE clearance sale- BOGO 50% off everything in the store! Outdoor activities and entrance to the lower level of the museum are free, but there is a cost to attend the ball on the museum's upper levels. See here: https://www.facebook.com/share/1CZBLARroc/
NEXT SATURDAY 10/25 I am doing TWO Haunted History of REO Town walking tours, one at 2pm and one at 6pm, during our annual A Nightmare Off Elm Street celebration. Deadtime Stories in REO Town will be open from 11am-6pm, and we'll have all sorts of sales and specials. Tickets here:
2pm- https://buy.stripe.com/3cIcN43Ed5EpbUn2na0RG08
6pm- https://buy.stripe.com/7sY4gy1w5aYJcYr2na0RG09
NEXT SUNDAY 10/26 I am taking part in a true crime author panel at The Hawk in Farmington Hills, hosted by my good friend Nina Innsted of Already Gone, Michigan's OG true crime podcast. We'll also be doing a Deadtime Stories pop-up during the event. See here: https://app.arts-people.com/index.php?show=284219
I can't promise you when Violent Ends will make its triumphant return, only that it will. For now, let's hang together this spooky season, yeah?
