Please remember ~ riders from SPX, J&T, LBC, Shopee, Lazada, LALAMOVES, and other couriers are just doing their job. Theyโre not your servants. Theyโre workers, just like you, trying to earn a living.
You complain about a small delay, but have you ever tried:
โ riding in the rain?
โ๏ธ driving under the heat?
๐ต finding your hard-to-locate address with zero signal?
Going home late cause of unfinished transactions or late sending of online payments?
They are out there tired, hungry, wet, or stuck in traffic, just to deliver your parcels.
Riders do not deserve your bad attitude.
They are not your employees. Youโre not their boss.
So please, kung meron mang delay maglaan ng konting pasensya.
Donโt shout. Donโt curse. Be human.
Try saying this instead:
"๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ Kuya.โ
It costs nothing. But for a rider, it means everything.
Yes, I admit - I complain sometimes when a delivery is late. We all get impatient. But hereโs the thing: I always remind myself ,๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ต๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ.
