My Commitment to You
Back in 1995, I moved to San Francisco and founded a publishing company, CPPC--Carol Purroy Publishing Company--through which two senior magazines were published. 55-plus! and Panache. A few years later I was teaching classes in memoir writing, as I had been for the past several years, and wrote a book titled YOUR LIFE OUGHTA BE A BOOK, based on my experiences in that class. I didn’t want to wait for an agent to take me on and then find a publisher, so I decided to publish it myself. That began my career as a publisher of books. I learned by trial and error, and now, all these years later, I have developed a high level of expertise.
My commitment is to produce your book as I would my own, i.e: so no one would ever know it was not published by one of the big publishing houses.
