Today was Lithuania's first post Soviet Prime Minister Kazimiera Prunskiene's funeral. There they showed some historical photos and a friend shared this one with me. As well as traveling to Lithuania almost monthly in 1990 & 1991, we hosted a number of her Ministers during the first two governments in Michigan and Hillsdale College on a variety of governance issues.
