*Police Facilitates PCPG Meeting In Budgam*

*July 17:* ```Continuing its community outreach efforts, Police in Budgam facilitated a Police Community Partnership Group (PCPG) meeting at Police Station Charar e Sharief.

The meeting was chaired by incharge SHO DySP (Prob.) Mrs. Sakshi Sharma-JKPS and attended by respectable citizens, shopkeepers, Auqaf Committee members and other stakeholders.

Participants raised various issues, to which the chairing officer assured timely redressal. The participants were assured that the issues related to other departments would be taken up with the concerned authorities, while police-related matters would be addressed on priority.

While addressing the participants, chairing officer urged upon in strengthening the Police public relations and also cooperate in eradicating all types of crime from the society so that a peaceful and crime free atmosphere is created in the area. The participants were stressed to cooperate with Police in maintaining law and order in the area and in identifying anti-national and anti-social elements who try to disrupt the peaceful environment.

The meeting concluded with a shared commitment to strengthening police-public cooperation for a safer and drug-free society.```
