POLARITY AND BALANCING, FUNDAMENTAL LAW GOVERNING LIVES IN THE UNIVERSE INCLUDING HUMANITY
Moderation, though not absolutely synonymous with polarity is similar to balancing of two phases to restore or equilibrium or harmony. We see this in practice when we examine the tree of live in the kabballah where we have the two polarities and the middle pillar. This will be clearer to you when we go into the study and application of the principle of holy Kabballah as already indicated.
However, if you go through the first chapter of the bible (Genesis) you will see that the first act of creation was to polarize heaven and earth, light and darkness as well as male and female and in health you have disease and health two hands and two feet’s, two eyes, two ears, two lungs and kidneys, two breast and two te**is of the body, we can go on and on giving many example which enforce the laws of polarities base on the special needs of the body, we also have in the polarity the alkalinity and acidity of the body which have many functions in maintaining life. In other cases we have life and death, male and female all serving the same purpose.
In giving all this examples, we have in mind the needs of pointing out to you the importance of knowing and applying the principles of polarity. In bringing out all this examples we have in mind the needs for you to apply the principles of moderation in every aspect of life, for therein lies the elixir of life. Many people go through life often moving to extremes in their choices and practices, which precipitate premature transition. Excessive consumption of sugar or alcohol causes diabetes or liver disease which may also trigger premature transition where inappropriate remedial method is not applied.
In 2020 we had the corona virus pandemic which painfully embarrassed the western world with the avoidable death, of hundreds of thousands within a very short time frame because it caught them unaware of the possible cause of this strange ailment. What was most embarrassing was the fact that the cause was nothing more than their wrong choices of lifestyle food that had led to an addiction to sugar as well as the regularity and quantity of consumption of this deadly molecule. The various scientific narrative that follows the narratives about this virus revealed that the onslaught of this disease was avoidable if some method of health education where adopted early enough.
The main purpose behind this post is to sound a note of warning in connection with our emphases on prevention as being superior to cure. It is also intended to guide you against laziness in the application of the health rules which will offer many benefits for you, your families and friends.
Sweetness verses bitterness which is polarities must be balance to set you free from sugar and alcohol related diseases because of their addiction they tend to create in consumers. We shall soon give you additional information to help you handle the problem of addiction all connected with the success of our work on the kabballah.
Exercise
Sugar and sweetness:
Recent research has reveal that sugar is more harmful than most of the nutrient we consume on a daily bases. It is indeed an additive substance that the over consumption of which it precipitates most diseases in the world today by sugar. By sugar we mean anything sweet including carbohydrates. Starches found in grains, legumes, fruits and tubers especially those that are over processed or over ripe. This may eliminate the fibers found in them.
Exercise: in the next two weeks avoid all forms of refined sugar from your diet eat food containing carbohydrate such as grains and legumes in their natural forms. This means you should avoid any diet or a snack that has been loaded with sugar. Take your coffee, tea or other beverages without any form of sweetener in them. In other word what you should do is to eat only that which is natural, fruits which are not very sweet or those that are not over ripe can be consume in moderation or sparingly, the idea being to reduce the amount of digested sugar into your system. Those who have diabetes know this rules but there are others who are pre-diabetes which means there on their way to being diabetics. If you are able to do this in two or three weeks we shall follow it up with a special exercise that will make you healthier than you have ever been as describe by scientific experts in the field of nutrition. Our post in the next two week will contain no exercises to enable you practice for three weeks what has been given to you this week.
