Mental Health.. Headache?

I’m 21, a recent graduate, unemployed and moderately depressed. I want to use this page and my blog to show my experience, feelings and the journey I am going on. I hope to one day create a business where I can go to schools and educate children on the importance of mental health awareness. There’s always this sense of feeling alone when you’re going through a mental health issue. That needs to stop. And this is a step that needs to be taken. Mental health is confusing, the feelings and thoughts are so confusing, hence why this is called Mental Health Headache!
