A couple of you have asked about how my hubby and I are losing weight. My husband found this guy, on that app that we weren’t sure was going to stick around or not, and he was drawn in by his story of how he had lost 70 pounds in 40 days! 😳 He not only has kept it off but went back through that 40 days to lose more weight. Nate Drew has lost over a 100 pounds and changed his lifestyle. I started watching the videos to gain all the info I could….There are 2 phases to the program. I have included a screenshot of what the basics are for the first phase and the second phase is basically 20 days of a normal keto diet to lock in your weight loss from phase 1. If you need or want to lose more you can start the 2 phase process over. I have also included a pic of one of the meals I put together. You eat twice a day and enjoy 4 ounces of lean protein, 3-6 servings of vegetables, and plan approved fruit about the size of a tennis ball twice a day. You implement intermittent fasting as well. Our eating window was 12 noon-8 p.m. You do not use any fats, oils, or consume any sweeteners other than Stevia. No butter no dairy. It took a bit to learn how to cook with broth, water, and/or liquid aminos. But if you aren’t giving your body any fat to burn it will start burning your stored fat! 💃🏽🎉 Woot! The thing I missed the most was my chemical enhanced flavored creamer in my coffee! I didn’t think I would survive! 🤪😂 But I now proudly drink my coffee black! ☕️ 👊 All that fake processed garbage made my body feel gross. That’s it in a nutshell. My incredible husband created a 40 day spiritual journey to coincide with Nate’s health plan to nourish the spiritual and emotional side of our being and we have gone through 2 rounds of it at our church. So many people have enjoyed GREAT results! We may offer some sort of online version of that in the future. It has become such a great addition to our lifestyle!
