Want to post carousels like Gary Vee, mixing photos and videos in one post?

This trick lets you grab attention with a cover image and keep people engaged with a video inside the same carousel.

Here’s the flow:
1️⃣ Design cover page (JPEG)
2️⃣ Add your video (MP4) as page 2
3️⃣ Export each page separately
4️⃣ Upload both as a carousel on Instagram (no music so video sound stays)

This is a great way to spice up your carousel posts.

Editing videos can be a massive time sink.

I used to juggle multiple apps just to get one reel done and it drained my creative energy.

Then I discovered Quso.ai.

It lets me:
⚡ Speed up my workflow by creating, writing, and editing all in one place.
✂️ Turn long videos into short, sharable clips automatically.
🔥 Get a virality score for each clip so I know exactly what to share.

This tool changed the game for my content creation and repurposing process.

Service-based business owners, listen up.

Pivoting isn’t a sign of failure, it’s a sign of flexibility and survival.

I learned this the hard way after trying to stick to a rigid plan that just didn’t work.

Know what you want. Be clear. Be confident.

Don’t shrink yourself to fit someone else’s expectations.

Raising your rates? Yes, do it. Not everyone will love it, and that’s okay. Your value deserves to be paid for.

Offer solutions, not discounts. If someone can’t afford you, refer them. But don’t lower your standards just to say yes.

Protect your boundaries. The right clients will respect them.

✨ Your business is your kingdom. Defend it well.

👇🏾 What’s one boundary you’ve set recently that changed your business game?

Starting a business isn’t just about the leap. It’s about the landing.

I used to think that the decision to start was the brave part.
But truthfully? That was the easy bit.

The hard part came after, when I had to face the real cost:
💭 mindset shifts,
💸 financial preparation,
❤️‍🩹 emotional resilience.

If you're dreaming about building something of your own, remember:
You don’t just need courage. You need a plan.

Whether it's how you'll earn, how you'll market, or how you’ll create content consistently…
The foundation you build today is what sustains you tomorrow.

📌 Your leap deserves a landing space.

Action starts with clarity.
Before you go all in, ask yourself:
What do I need to prepare to stay in once I’ve started?

👇🏾 If you’ve taken the leap (or are thinking about it) what part of the preparation are you focusing on right now?

Not all progress is visible but that doesn’t mean it’s not real.

As a creator, it’s easy to think progress = going viral, landing new clients, or posting every single day.

But truthfully? Progress looks different depending on the season you’re in.

Sometimes, it’s growing your audience.

Other times, it’s just showing up, even when you’re unsure.

Or maybe it’s learning something new behind the scenes.

Wherever you are, your progress is valid.

There’s no one “right” way to grow, just the path that matches your pace and your priorities.

Let’s normalize all versions of growth: messy, slow, evolving.

So tell me honestly:

👉🏾 What does progress look like for you right now?
A. Learning something new
B. Growing your audience/business
C. Showing up consistently online
D. Just figuring things out

Quitting your job to be a full-time entrepreneur? Pause. Read this first.

The freedom looks good on the ‘gram. But the truth?

That transition comes with pressure, uncertainty, and a lot of late nights if you're not prepared.

Before I went full-time, here are 3 things I made sure to do and what I now recommend to every creator or service provider thinking about the leap:
1️⃣ Save at least 2–3 months of expenses
2️⃣ Lower (or audit) your current living costs
3️⃣ Get super clear on what you want and what you don’t

Going full-time isn’t about vibes. It’s about strategy.

But now I’m curious…

What’s one tip YOU’d add to this list?
👇🏾 Drop it in the comments, I’d love to hear how you prepared (or plan to)!

Starting a business?

Here’s something no one puts in the welcome email.

Before the offers, the invoices, and the late-night Canva sessions:

Save what you can.

Even a basic financial buffer makes the difference between peace and panic.

✨ Aim to save 2–3 months of core expenses:
🏡 rent or mortgage
🍽️ food + essentials
📶 internet + phone
⚡ utilities

When you give yourself margin, you also give yourself options.
→ Take a break without guilt
→ Say no to misaligned offers
→ Invest in growth when it matters

This is about long-term energy, not short-term hustle.

Creating content shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.

You just need the right software stack.

Here are 3 tools I recommend to every client (and use myself 👇):

🎙️ Descript → Edit video/audio by editing the transcript. Magical for repurposing.

🎥 Ecamm Live → Studio-quality livestreams, no tech crew needed.

🎨 Canva → Create scroll-stopping graphics in minutes with templates + brand kits.

These tools help me (and my clients) repurpose content faster, smarter, and without hiring a full production team.

Discounts drain your value.

Referrals protect it.

When you offer discounts just to close a deal, you teach people to undervalue your time, your skills, and your message.

But when you offer referrals instead, you:
→ stay in integrity
→ protect your pricing
→ and still help people find what they need

You don’t have to say yes to everyone.

You just have to protect your energy and keep your content, offers, and services aligned with your worth.

Save this as your reminder: You can be helpful without being cheap.
