Hello beautiful people! This video was sparked from a Facebook post and I really wanted to give understanding to the idea of creating a life of ease. It's an issue of the heart and soul, and that is something that can only be transformed by the power of God over a period of time.

I pray this video blesses you!

Ecclesiastes 3:11
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

Philippians 4:6-7
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Romans 5:3-5
Not only so, but we also glory in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.

Don't let what's going on around you cause you to develop a poverty mindset. God will supply!

As I made my journey back to the USA, an unexpected encounter happened just when I needed it most! My private driver, Jonathan, was used by God to encourage me and give me the strength I needed during my drive from Merida to Cancun to catch my flight at Cancun Airport headed to Houston, TX.

Super accurate. I started the year by intentionally being flexible with my goals and concrete with my standards and expectations. I can say I truly learned how to be led and to let God be God.

Jan: Started the year in Jamaica, bonded with strangers

Feb: Linked up with those same people in Playa del Carmen, MX. Learned about living abroad

March: Went to Merida, Mexico- secured my condo.

April: Came back to Atl, told my fam I was leaving, got my dog and bounced

May-September: Learned so much about myself, my legacy and my purpose

October: I was released from MX and told my next was in HOU, visited Houston, TX to look at property.

November: Spent the holidays with my family in Atlanta and Alabama

December: Moved to Houston, TX

WHEW! What a year! God is good and I’m so excited about what is in store for 2022

It takes courage to be brave. It takes courage to have faith. It takes courage to move when you can only see your immediate next step. I remember days of hearing God say do a thing that didn’t look possible in my own understanding, but I did them anyway.

Was it easy? No. I literally cried every single day when I first got to Merida. I was overwhelmed - with decisions, with so much drastic change, with the rapid pace of it all. But I was honest with God and I casted all that stuff on Him. Then he’d literally answer all my questions and direct me according to what I needed to accomplish each day. It was like I found my rhythm and flow with Him and soon the tears of fear were tears of joy and accomplishment Hebrews 11:1

Sometimes you will be placed in a season or a place that was meant for your growth at the time, but eventually you learn all that you were supposed to learn in that space and you outgrow it. Like roots taking over a pot, you have to expand your surroundings to allow yourself more space to grow ❤️

As I reflected back on what made January 2021 different than any other year, I realized that I had a major mindset shift. Instead of setting my intentions on ‘nouns’ when the clock struck midnight, I chose to call in ‘adjectives’.

This meant that instead of setting specific goals around stationary people places and things, I focused on the type of life I wanted to have and how I wanted to feel living this life. I remember specifically saying I wanted a life full of love, adventure and ease.

Being fluid in my goals and concrete in my expectations and standards allowed me to take my hands off the steering wheel and live a life full of intentionality, purpose and divine guidance in 2021.

I challenge you going into 2022 to not focus on the stuff, but rather lean into the intangibles is by setting standards and exceptions. I guarantee it will change your perspective and quality of life.

I’ve did a whole lot of living this year, so much so that I found myself soaking up the lessons of each moment more than sharing my moments on socials.

While that’s not entirely a bad thing (even though I got a few “you good?” wellness checks after going ghost for months on IG and FB 😅), I have rekindled my love for YouTube this year through vlogging and it became such a vulnerable space for me. Shoutout to my YouTube community for making me feel seen and loved through my journey❤️

Still, I would be remiss not to share how good God has been from January 1st all the way up until this point, and how intricate He wove so many unique experiences together to get me where I am now.

It has been 12 months of straight travel, self- (re)discovery, undoing, reprogramming, alignment, courage and bravery!

I can honestly say this has been the most adventurous year of my life, and I have a phone full of visual stories to share.

So join me here and on Facebook as I recap 2021 as we count down to 2022. It all starts tomorrow right here on feed and I’ll also be posting a ton of content on my stories, so be sure to tune in!

Hello beautiful people! Hurricane Grace (which was perfectly named, btw) came through Merida and after praying against it unknowingly a few days prior, I literally didn't experience any of it's affects. I never lost my power, never lost my internet, had very little flooding in my home and all was well.

I recorded the voice-over the morning of the storm and from that point I made it my business to move forward with my day. The winds and rain was something I'd never experienced before, but overall it was a calm day (for me and Bella) and I chose joy and to be fearless!
