I used to think freedom meant having less structure.
And that structure killed freedom.
But the opposite is true.

Because when you’re building something of your own, you can have all the freedom in the world - but without structure, that freedom can very quickly become overwhelm.

For me, structure is the thing that creates space.

It helps me know what matters, where my energy needs to go, and when I can actually switch off.

So maybe freedom isn’t the absence of structure.

Maybe good structure is what makes freedom possible.

I found it.

The place where the rainbow ends. 🌈

I’ve put on my swimsuit and I’m currently digging for the gold as we speak.

Jokes aside, this Dolly Parton quote landed with me:

Nobody knows what’s around the corner.

And that’s exactly the point.

I don’t know where building this business will take me. I don’t know exactly what it will become, or what it will open up along the way.

But I do know that if I keep myself out of the game because I’m afraid of what might happen, I’ll never get to find out.

Maybe there is a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow.

Maybe the gold is what I’m building along the way.

Either way, I’d rather be in the game.

Maybe you’ve been following along for a while. Maybe you’ve only just found me here.

Either way, I’m opening the door a little wider.

I’m building a business in the wellness space, surrounded by heart-centred, focused and ambitious women who are creating something of their own.

And I’d love to connect with more women who feel that pull.

You don’t need to know if it’s for you. Curiosity is enough to take a look.

Drop me a DM or a comment and I’ll reach out to you and we’ll clarify what introductory material would be best to send your way 🤍

Transition can feel uncomfortable — even when we know we’re moving in the right direction.

Part of the energy education I’m in is exploring nervous system regulation and sharing the tools that help us come back to ourselves.

I love how much we learn from each other. Different lives, different transitions — and so much we can recognise in one another.

Slide 6 holds some of the tools in my toolbox. Maybe one of them belongs in yours too. 🤍

I feel like I’m in a transition between two ways of working, maybe even two ways of living.

And I feel it energetically too.

I think many people do.

When I say I’m not particularly fond of either side right now, this is what I mean.

There are things about the old framework of working that I genuinely and deeply value.

The familiarity of it. The importance of showing up and doing work that matters to other people. And being part of something with colleagues who value you and what you bring.

I love that part.

And at the same time, I feel this pull towards wanting more.

More influence over how I use my time and energy. Wanting to accomplish more. Wanting to have an impact on other people in a way that isn’t possible for me within the framework I’m in.

And I think it’s important to say that wanting more doesn’t mean there is something wrong with what you already have.

You can deeply value what you have and still feel the pull towards something else.

And that creates a tension.

Because there is something uncomfortable on both sides.

Staying with what is familiar while feeling that pull towards more.

And moving towards something new, knowing that change itself can be uncomfortable. It’s unfamiliar. There’s less certainty. You don’t know exactly what it will become.

And it’s exactly this tension that made me start building this business.

Where this phase is taking me, I don’t know. Either way - it is okay.

What are your thoughts on this - do you feel that tension?

Gratitude is something I genuinely try to practise.

For what I have.
For the people in my life.
For work I enjoy.
For security.
For the ordinary things that are very easy to take for granted.

But I’ve been wondering about something lately.

Can gratitude sometimes become a way of silencing desire?

Because there is a peculiar discomfort in wanting more when nothing is terribly wrong.

What right do I have to want something different when I already have so much?

Shouldn’t I just be grateful?

And perhaps that’s where gratitude can quietly become a hiding place.

Not because gratitude is the problem.

But because “I should be grateful” can become a very convincing reason not to look too closely at the parts of ourselves that are asking for more.

More expression.
More possibility.
More room for ambition.
More of whatever we haven’t quite found words for yet.

I’m beginning to think the two don’t have to contradict each other.

Maybe I can deeply appreciate the life I have built - and still be curious about what else wants to emerge.

Perhaps the uncomfortable part isn’t wanting more.
It’s allowing myself to admit that I do.
