Working together, our Christians@Sky and MultiCulture@Sky networks recently brought a brilliant interactive exhibition "Divine Art in a Digital Age" to our London campus.

The paintings on show explored the biblical meaning behind faith in today’s world and used AI to create an animated interactive version of each artwork through a mobile app.

The exhibition was followed by a talk from the exhibit curator, Dare Famuyiwa, who spoke about his Christian faith as the inspiration behind the Scriptural paintings, and the process of bringing them to life digitally.

Last week, over 1,000 people connected in person, and online, to celebrate the fifth LIFT as we Climb summit - a collaboration which aims to support women in tech leadership.

In partnership with Vodafone, IBM and RedHat, Sky colleagues moderated and spoke during fireside chats and panels that delved into the theme of 'A New Era of Leadership in Tech'.; from critical leadership skills, the value add of diverse representation in innovation, through to conversations exploring the role of allyship in actioning change.

Coming together to bring different experiences, to explore how embracing tech can be used as an enabler. Each session prompted discussions on our impact as individuals, while accepting an ethos of 'Change as Usual', and building a mindset that enables us to be intentional in our focus towards action.

This year, we're recognising International Day of Persons with Disabilities by celebrating inspiring stories and building awareness of how to create environments where everyone can thrive.

Hosted by our employee-led Disability Network, as part of Body&Mind at Sky, colleagues tuned in online, and in-person, to an exclusive talk featuring gold-medal-winning Paralympian Melanie Barratt and Danielle Sellwood, filmmaker of the documentary 'Untethered'.

'Untethered', part of Sky Sports’ New Focus Fund initiative, tells the inspiring story of Melanie’s journey to become the first blind woman to swim the English Channel. After 20 years of tethered, solo training in a small pool, Melanie embraced the challenges and exhilaration of open-water swimming, achieving a groundbreaking milestone.

To celebrate the launch of nail-biting Sky Original thriller 'The Day of the Jackal', colleagues across Osterley gathered for an exclusive 'making of' event featuring Academy Award winner Eddie Redmayne and BAFTA Award winner Lashana Lynch.

Hosted by Sky News Presenter, Sarah-Jane Mee, we delved into thrilling behind-the-scenes stories directly from the cast, unforgettable moments from filming, and exciting insights into the dynamic characters.

A natural chameleon. The Jackal has an innate ability to blend in with a crowd and change his appearance - and our teams were able to get a sneak peak into the incredible make-up and special effects as part of our on-site experience.

It's always the quiet ones... 🌸

To celebrate the launch of Sky Original drama 'Sweetpea', colleagues across Osterley were invited to experience the darkly comic series through a pop-up booth - where goodies and gifts were a cut above.

From 'sweet but deadly' doughnuts, a 'Sweetpea bouquet' courtesy of Freddie's Flowers, and headline-material office stationery kits that Rhiannon Lewis would boast - there were some serious bits of kit our colleagues could get their hands on.

Sky is the exclusive home of Sweetpea, which is based on the 2017 novel by CJ Skuse, and available to binge for Sky and NOW customers.
