Congratulations to the RUTH'S

FOLLOWING YOUR DREAMS IS A HARD DECISION, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT INVOLVES QUITTING YOUR JOB, BUYING A FOOD TRUCK, MOVING TO A NEW CITY, AND STARTING OVER. I UNDERSTAND THIS VERY WELL. IT TAKES EXTREME PASSION TO PURSUE YOUR DREAMS. BUT THAT IS WHAT THE RUTHS DID. THEY SAID: LET'S DO IT AND OPENED UP THEIR NEW DADDYO'S BURGERS IN GRANBURY. I THINK IT'S AWESOME AND I CAN SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE. TOO OFTEN, PEOPLE LET THEIR DREAMS PASS THEM BY AND NEVER TAKE THAT CHANCE. IF YOU NEVER TAKE THE CHANCE, YOU NEVER KNOW. IF YOU LOVE BURGERS, YOU HAVE TO TRY THE NEW DADDYO'S IN GRANBURY, TEXAS, BECAUSE IT'S WORTH IT.

New Discovery in Fort Worth 😋

NEW to us at Trey's Chow Down but NOT new to Fort Worth. The family has been in Fort Worth for over 60 years. His family had a restaurant on the Westside off Camp Bowie Blvd, Hedary back in the day. They opened Byblos Mediterranean and Lebanese in 1992. Its been serving Fort Worth for 34 years, now.

👉 Byblos Mediterranean Lebanese Restaurant 👨‍🍳

Jana made a rare appearance so you know it was delicious if Jana says, so! We're always thankful to get calls from family operated businesses especially ones that have been in cowtown for decades. This is where we call home and my family started their first business in 1905.

See our full feature on the amazing Byblos Mediterranean on Trey's Chow Down page tonight.
