The City of Jackson recently recognized music icon Bobby Rush on his 92nd birthday. The three-time Grammy winner and 18 Blues music awards legend is a world traveler but always looks forward to returning home to Jackson, MS. The proclamation was presented by Ward 5 Councilman Vernon Hartley who represents everybody’s favorite bluesman!
