Today is the final day of Ben Sheppard’s 30 in 30, ‘Run The Date’ challenge and he set off at 6am this morning! He’s doubling his run today and will run 60km along The Sandstone Trail 🏃🏽‍♂️

Today was a 29k run and tomorrow a 30k HOWEVER, this morning on Capital Breakfast, Will Manning challenged Ben to double the date and run 60k! 😮‍💨

SO... from 6am tomorrow morning, Ben will run 60k along 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙡 🏃🏽

Day 22 of Ben Sheppard's 30 in 30 challenge and 22km in the bag. From 1st August - 30th August, Ben will 'Run The Date' totalling 465kms in August! 💪🏼

From now on, Ben will be running a MINIMUM of half a marathon a day for the last 8 days, so needs all the motivation he can get as the legs are starting to get sore 🥵
