Putin selling treasuries and buying gold... Gold will play a significant role in the future of the international monetary system. By the end of the decade, the dollar will have lost its status/privilege as world reserve currency. The problem is that the US simply doesn't have the intelligent leadership that is needed to adapt to a world that won't accept dollars. Gold is the only thing that has consistently been used as money for the past 8000 years, and it will be used as such for the next 8000 years.
