How we treat people says more about us than it does about them.

We live in a world that celebrates status, influence, wealth, and appearances. Yet Allah reminds us that the person we overlook today may be the one most sincere in seeking guidance.

Don’t let pride make you blind.
Don’t let success make you forget compassion.
Don’t let someone’s appearance determine their worth.

Every soul deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity to be heard.

“He frowned and turned away...” is not just a historical account. It is a mirror for every generation, calling each of us to examine our own hearts, our intentions, and the way we treat others.

May Allah make us among those who welcome, uplift, and honor people for His sake, regardless of their status, background, or appearance.

Some chapters don’t end the way you prayed they would.

Some people become memories while they’re still alive.

No bitterness.

Just acceptance.

These YNs are acting strange and nothing like themselves, doing things they know the Most High would never approve of. But the OGs cannot keep blaming the YNs when too many OGs stopped teaching, protecting and setting the example.

The YNs have been left without a moral foundation, and now our society is falling apart while people follow the enemy straight into destruction. OGs and YNs alike need to reconnect with the Most High and get our s**t together. 🙏🏽✊🏽

THE REAL BLACK ON BLACK CRIME

People usually hear that phrase and think only about violence in the streets. But there is another kind of harm we rarely discuss: watching people who look like you take your ideas, use your relationships, benefit from your work, and leave you struggling beneath the weight of everything you lost.

In 2023, I faced heartbreak, financial loss, unpaid production expenses, loneliness, damaged peace of mind, and the pressure of watching ideas I created move forward without me. While larger platforms had steady revenue and major budgets, I had to rebuild from the mud through films, distribution, events, and every opportunity I could create.

Some people wonder why my comeback has taken so long. The truth is, that season nearly buried me.

But it did not destroy me.

My belief in the Most High kept me standing. I put my hoodie back on, picked up my camera, protected what remained of my vision, and kept moving forward.

I am not posting this for sympathy. I am posting it so my supporters and friends understand the weight behind the journey. I am still here. I am still creating. I am still building.

And I am not finished.

Thank you to everyone who continued believing in me when I was fighting battles you could not see.

Not everyone will care about what you’re going through.

Some friends genuinely care about your situation. That’s a blessing. Thank Allah for them.

Some people won’t care what happens to you. Take refuge in Allah.

Your heart gets broken. Take refuge in Allah.

Someone betrays you and moves on with their life. Take refuge in Allah.

You struggle with depression but finally get back on your feet and start rebuilding your life. Take refuge in Allah.

People will disappoint you. Circumstances will change. Emotions will come and go.

But Allah never changes.

“Hasbunallahu wa ni’mal wakeel.”
“Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs.” (Qur’an 3:173)

Notice the pattern.

Y’all know who was doing it first. Y’all know who brought these ideas to the table first. Y’all know what you’ve been watching over the years.

Funny how the people with the biggest budgets and the most resources always seem to end up doing things after the fact. At some point, that’s more than a coincidence.

It’s all good, though. We’ll keep creating. We’ll keep building. We’ll keep introducing the next wave while handling our business the right way with the people who think ideas don’t come with paperwork.

We don’t have to argue. We don’t have to explain ourselves. The timeline is the timeline, the receipts are the receipts, and the agreements are the agreements.

Keep watching. We’re just getting started.

It’s a new day. It’s a new pattern. 💯
