Ad | This month has been a BUSY one since moving into my house and I really did not need one of the worst dislocations I have had in a while to slow me down. I’m usually quick snapping back out of a knee dislocation (hello hEDS) but this one damaged ligaments and it’s been a nightmare.

Luckily my Quantum Rehab UK has individual leg elevators and it’s been so helpful in recovery and with pain. So, yes, I have been wheeling around with one leg raised like it’s a weapon!

A few more weeks and my knee should be healed, hopefully!
