Endorphins are like happy sprinkles jumping out when you sweat... when your heart pumps out of excitement when moving! YES!

Run, cycle, dance, jump - whatever crazy moves you want to make, DO IT! Exercise lifts you up in an elevator to feeling alive & kicking!

Instead of partying in the little spare free days you have and waking up depleted with the biggest hangover... how about recharging yourself during a fitness retreat in the mountains? Moving, splurging on delicious nutritious food and laughing with (new) friends.

Instead of why, start asking: Why not? That's what the IntoScale is mantra-ing more and more... and we're loving it!

Twist and turn. Parts of our journey means dealing with multiple things at the same time. Some things we just cannot control - or at least, not entirely. What we can however master is our mindset. How we view it and thus how we experience it.

Whatever you are going through now - what is the silver lining? What is the lesson? What may you learn from it afterwards?

Being on the mat is a remedy for processing life. For managing our thoughts which are funnily enough like clouds passing by. Yoga - you are one damn special way of coping with all beauty that life brings. All of it.

Realize: what are you proud of having done ever since 2019 started? Who has had a positive impact on you and why? And, what do you hope to do more in the upcoming period? One thing we learned throughout time: Don't just wish. Plan it.
