It’s my superpower.
My rebellion against fragility.

Why am I so passionate about lifting heavy as a woman?
Because when Dawson turns 50, my goal is to take HIM on a trip
and trust me, I don’t plan on turning down a single adventure because of my bone density!

📊 The Stats We’re Fighting:
⭐️ 1 in 2 women over 50 will break a bone from osteoporosis.
⭐️ Women can lose up to 20% of their bone density in the first 5–7 years after menopause.
⭐️ Hip fractures double the risk of death within a year for women over 50.

Those are all SOLID reasons to pick up the weights. Only you can fight back against the terrible cards that you face, as a woman, when it comes to osteoporosis! 🏋🏼‍♂️

Kicking off Monday back in Panama City, after an incredible week of learning all of the things! Last night’s rest was pure bliss, because let’s be honest… nothing beats sleeping in your own bed, plus having your husband and kiddo under the same roof.

Heaven put on a show on the way home! ✨

This was the type of view that made me pause, breathe, and remember that this is the life God chose for me. A moment to appreciate that I was flying home exhausted BUT in the best way possible! 🫶🏼

Tonight was another magical moment bright to us by

& I didn’t know what was in store for us at the Fire & Ice night, and we were not let down!

I’ve never seen a quartet surrounded by 3000 candles as they played, it was surreal! We are only 24 hours in to the symposium and this experience has been a DREAM! ✨

I am feeling SO very loved today! Thank you to everyone who sent birthday texts, calls, posts, and sweet messages. Every single one truly made my day! ✨

My guys treated be to Los Antojitos, for a Marg… and dinner! Darlene Cotton Robinson ordered this super cute sign & had flowers sent to me that had my favorite tequila IN the bouquet… clearly she knows me well! 😉

I am rolling into my last year in my 30s healthier than I’ve ever been, in better shape than I was in my 20s, and at a place in life I could’ve only dreamed of back then, both with my family and my business. It’s not lost on me how much has changed, how hard I’ve worked, and how lucky I am to be surrounded by people like YOU ALL!!

Here’s to the next trip around the sun, but first cosmicglowandco and I have to take a little trip to go learn about all of the new things coming our way in the aesthetic world! ✈️

I’m confident that “growing up” is when a simple Sunday spent with your family leaves your heart feeling extra full! 🫶🏼

Today we celebrated my birthday a little early since I’ll be headed out of town this week. My to do list for our trip is literally growing by the hour but I’m so glad I hit pause and soaked up time with Deric, Dawson, and my Mom, - we enjoyed a few rounds of Top Golf ⛳️

Every year that rolls around, I realize even more how lucky I am that this is the life God gave me, and these are the people I get to love every day!! That’s a solid birthday gift in itself! 💖
