Market Street, Halifax
Building fire - Proved to be a fire on the first floor of a multiple occupancy building which has flats above. Reports of large amounts of smoke from the Incident were clearly seen in the town centre. Firefighters used two Hosereel jets and four Breathing apparatus sets along with Positive pressure ventilation fans at the scene. The area was closed by police who set up a cordon with road closures in place. At least one person received treatment from the ambulance service.
Appliances from Halifax, Rastrick and Odsal attended along with CLM vehicles.

Cinderhill Works, Siddal Top Lane, Siddal, Halifax.
Building fire - Proved to be a derelict building fire involved in fire, to which the control room staff received 80 calls in five minutes when this incident became visible. The property was approx. 20m x. 30m with 50% involved and well alight with an exposure risk to 1 side. Firefighters used 4 Large jets and an Aerial Ladder platform to deal with the incident and extinguish the fire.
Appliances from Halifax Odsal, Illingworth, Fairweather Green, Spen Valley ( Technical Rescue Unit with support pump), Mirfield ( Hose Layer and Support), Bradford (2), Skelmanthorpe (Welfare Unit), Dewsbury, Hunslet, Rastrick, Shipley, Hunslet, Dewsbury and Huddersfield ( Aerial Ladder Platform) attended.

Ripley Close, Ripley Drive, Normanton
Building Fire - Incident seemed to be involving a fire between 2 units on the Normanton Industrial estate. The fire was upscaled to a MP x 6 with all the usual support that this would incur. Fire crews used 3 Large jets to contain the fire and prevent its spread to further units on the site. Ambulance incident support vehicles attended along with police for traffic management at the site. The fire was soon brought under control and damping down is ongoing at present. Fire investigation are in attendance to try and find the cause of the fire.
Appliances from Normanton, Castleford, Rothwell, Pontefract, Ossett, Mirfield ( Hose Layer and Support pump), Hunslet, Featherstone (Command Unit lite), Garforth, Stanningley, Leeds (Aerial ladder Platform) and Skelmanthorpe (Welfare Unit) attended along with supporting officers and CLM.

Mexi Bean Express, Commercial Street, Brighouse
Building fire - Proved to be a grease pan involved in fire which was out on arrival of fire service. The building was evacuated with some people suffering from smoke inhalation. Fire crews used 2 Positive Pressure Ventilation fans to clear the smoke and made the scene safe including adjoining property.
Appliances from Huddersfield (2) and Odsal attended along with CLM vehicle.

M62 Eastbound Between Junction 26 / 27
Road Traffic Collision - Proved to be involving three vehicles, with some individuals trapped. The crash occurred within the ongoing nightly roadworks section of the motorway. Fire, Police, Ambulance, and Traffic England Officers attended the scene. While the exact number of casualties remains unclear, ambulances transported at least one person to the hospital, along with some walking wounded from other vehicles. The incident was resolved promptly, suggesting that no serious injuries were involved. Some tailbacks both ways through the roadworks section built up due to vehicles slowing down to view the incident
Appliances from Odsal, Spen Valley (Technical Rescue Unit and Support Pump), Rastrick and Bradford attended along with CLM vehicle.
