Dr. Dale has been working for more than 15 years to help mentor young black men and their families, providing the guidance necessary for them to gain admission to medical school. He was recently on NBC's Today Show advocating for US!

Black Men In White Coats latest project is a feature length documentary film which has skyrocketed on Kickstarter: http://kck.st/2LlJUjt

Please join me in pledging to help fund this project. It aims to:

1) Demolish the false stereotypes of black men in America and show the world that we have plenty to offer society
2) Explore the reasons why there are so few black male doctors and the implications of this tragedy
3) Provide inspiration and hope for diverse youth and their families
