Cold Fiction Music is an internet music label that focuses on releasing electronic music from independent artists. We have always had the goal to promote the work of talented artists who strive to become better known in the electronic music scene. Each year, however, we have continually focused on releasing Ambient and Techno music, especially Dub Techno and Ambient Techno. Our interest in the latter two genres, along with our love for releasing collaborative albums, led to the development of Futur[e]cho – our yearly series of Dub and Ambient Techno releases which feature many different contributors. We release all of our music under a Creative Commons license, providing free versions of almost every release and reasonably-priced paid versions of many of them on Bandcamp.
