After 38 years... I’ve finally taken the leap.

On 4th September, I’ll officially finish my time at Cavaghan & Gray and begin a brand-new chapter—one I’ve spent the last six years building with passion and purpose.

Over the past year, I’ve worked tirelessly to turn my fitness business into something I could pursue full-time. It’s been a journey of grit, planning, and a whole lot of self-belief. And I’ve done it. I’ve proved to myself that this is not only possible—it’s exactly what I’m meant to do.

Fitness is my passion. It brings me joy, fulfillment, and a deep sense of meaning. Watching others grow in confidence and wellbeing through my classes is a buzz like no other.

My 50-plus classes have been a particular highlight. They've shown me just how important it is for older adults to feel empowered to stay active, try something new, and belong to a community that supports their goals. There’s a real need—and I’m excited to meet it.

As of September 2025, I’ll be expanding to three new venues, and in the New Year, I’ll be launching a brand-new class tailored specifically for the 50-plus audience.

To everyone who shows up week in, week out—thank you. Your support means the world to me. I can’t wait to welcome even more of you into this thriving community and be part of your fitness journey
