I've updated Sakuragi Hinako skin and now it is available for 12K and 14K

12K is based on 10K+2 while 14K is based on EZ2AC DP play (10K+4K)

A good news: Mappers' Guild requirement are NO LONGER HAVE TO OWN AT LEAST ONE RANKED MAP and basically you can just get the point by just rank the map immediately. Other than that, here's new changes

- Mod points for BN that nominates mappers' guild maps now ALSO SCALES THE LENGTH OF THE MAP. So if you have plan to rank smth you don't have to worry that BN will less attracted to shorter maps that has more difficulty spreads (as BN that nominate the map usually gets more points for each difficulty ranked)
- Notification/invite system is killed. So if you want to ask someone to join you have to let 'em know first
-New big news of Mappers' Guild soon
