The Quota system was started to help communities that faced unfair treatment in the past, giving them more chances to succeed. But now, some people feel this system sometimes ignores talent and helps certain groups only because of their caste, not because of their actual financial condition. Since Nepal’s laws promote equality, this policy raises questions about fairness. Supporters say it’s important to balance society, while others feel it creates more divisions. Hence, in this video we have tried to cover the quota system so that people can have clarity about the topic.
