It is with heavy heart we share the news of the passing of Lisa, the owner of the former Bankhead Grill & Bar in Carrollton, Georgia. Lisa was influential in our local music scene supporting musicians and giving them an opportunity to play their music at a respectful wage. CPEG worked very closely with Lisa booking entertainment for many many years. We hosted a weekly open band jam where musicians from all over this region had the opportunity to network and play music together. Through the years the relationship we had with Lisa became more personal and often business calls turned into personal calls and a friendship developed. A simple text asking for a musician for a certain night turned into catching up on how one another were doing. Lisa was a friend to all that knew her. She would give you the shirt off her back to help you. RIP Lisa! Please pray for the huge community of people left to miss her. We all love you Lisa!

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family, friends and extensive music family of Emanant Music on the passing of Chas Childers. Chas was an award winning prouducer and founder of Emanant and a friend to all who knew him. We are thankful for the countless musicians, engineers, songwriters, photographers and promoters Chas introduced us to that we have the privledge of working with today. We send our heartfelt condolences to his beautiful wife Nancy Childers and all of their family during this very difficult time. We will always remember the influence he had on the relationships with all of those we work with and the countless number of songs brought to life that we will forever be blessed to listen to becuase of Chas. Rest in eternal peace friend. You will be greatly missed by all that loved you and by everyone you believed in.
