JAMU JUICE! 🍋🍍 ⁣
Jamu is an ancient Indonesian elixir that aids in •digestion•inflammation•energy•detoxification•anti-platelet•lowers cholesterol• anti-carcinogenic... the list goes on 😍 and I’m just here to share my favorite recipe of this intuitive drink :) ⁣

1/4 cup of sliced ginger (or more ;) no need to peel, just slice ⁣
1/4 cup of fresh turmeric root, no need to peel, just slice ⁣
1 pineapple, cubed (or whatever your blender can mix up) ⁣
⁣
*mix all ingredients into blender, add filtered water (or coconut water 🥥 ) until smooth. Use a cheesecloth to “squiji” into a bowl and store in a glass jar in the fridge! Can last up to two weeks, but you will drink it faster ;) can sip it slow or take it like a shot!⁣
