So, on May 4th I got fiber installed. The same day I paused my StarLink, packed it away and went on my StarLink app and stopped service. On the top of the page it said service ended. On May 10th they charged me $150 for service from May 33rd thru June 2nd. OK, so I missed by 1 day and had to pay. I understand that. So today, they hit .y account again for $150 and I'm pi**ed. I go to the app and it says I was charged for service from June 3rd thru July 2nd. The top no longer says service ended so once again I cancel service and filed a complaint. They reply with, you just ended service today, we will not refund you. A trillion dollar company screwing good customers. I had to buy my equipment like ever u one else and figured I'll keep it for traveling in our rv, but now, I'll be filing grievances everywhere. Anyone else have this happen? I'm looking into class action. How many people have been overdrafts or couldn't buy food because of these thieves? PI**ED. I will repeat this post every day. EVERYONE, PLEASE SHARE.
