PEACE BETWEEN KOMBULGA and MINIMBI TRIBE 📢
Signing the Peace agreement between the two conflicts tribal leaders 🙏
Two warring tribes, the Kombulga and Minimbi of Dei District, have come together to sign a ceasefire agreement following months of violent conflict sparked by the tragic murder of a young boy from the Minimbi tribe, bringing hope and reconciliation to the community.
The event took place at Sir Mara House in Mt. Hagen under the leadership of Governor Wai Rapa and Dei MP Desmond Paul Kipa, who also served as witnesses during the signing ceremony.
