Problem : Terror of stray dogs in the society.
Problem description: We are living in keshav Puram area of Delhi and there are a large number of stray dogs that create lots of menace in the locality and are dangerous. On the other hand, these dogs are wandering here and there whole day .they eat dirty food and drink sewage water and are bound to suffer worst conditions of weather.
Solutuon: For dogs betterment and to save our children from their terror ,it is a necessity to build dog shelter where dogs will get food, medication and a good and healthy environment for their living. Dogs shelter should be built in a way where they can roam freely. We can provide an eco friendly environment to them by plantation in the premise and around dog shelter.
Currently, government is spending almost 5 crore rupees on the sterilization of dogs and 5 arab for the treatment of people suffering from dog bites. In spite of these big expenses, people are not getting relief from stress and fear of dogs. Also, dogs are not getting any benefit. Need of the hour is to create dog shelters like we have cow shelters where sterilization will not be required..dog shelters should be developed in an unbiased way and should be run by ngo and RWA. Thus would be a great opportunity for dog lovers also to take care of dogs in a systematic way . Please give us your valuable comments on this.
