In a fast-paced world filled with all kinds of stress and toxins from the moment we open our eyes in the morning, it's no wonder our bodies are struggling to eliminate toxins and absorb the nutrients, minerals, and vitamins we need each day. Unfortunately, inflammation causes dis-ease in the body.
I know most of you probably take supplements in the morning, work out, eat healthily and may even meditate and do yoga but I have a question for you.
