The online s*xual abuse or exploitation of children (OSAEC) is widespread in the Philippines. According to IJM’s Scale of Harm prevalence study, nearly 500,000 Filipino children were trafficked to produce child s*xual exploitation material in 2022 alone.

In some areas, offenders refer to this abuse as a “show” they stage in exchange for money from online s*x offenders.

This is a serious crime punishable under Philippine law. Report OSAEC activities or suspicions to:

These days, relying on one income just isn’t enough to cover needs—let alone the little "wants" that make life sweeter. Shoutout to those rare unicorn households with a sole provider and a full-time stay-at-home parent—no hate, just sana all vibes. 😅✨

Gone are the days when mothers are confined inside their homes as the default parents who would care for and nurture the kids.
