"ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ប្រកាសថ្កោលទោស និងច្រាលចោលចំពោះការចោទប្រកាន់ខុសពីការពិត និងមានចេតនាទុច្ចរិត របស់ភាគីថៃ ដែលបានចោទប្រកាន់ថាកម្ពុជាបានប្រើប្រាស់ម៉ីស៊ីលរយៈចម្ងាយឆ្ងាយ PHL 03 បាញ់ចូលទឹកដីថៃ។ កម្ពុជាសូមបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីថា គិតមកដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដានេះ កម្ពុជាមិនទាន់បានប្រើ និងមិនទាន់ដល់ពេលប្រើ ម៉ីស៊ីលរយៈចម្ងាយឆ្ងាយ PHL 03 នៅឡើយទេ។

"Cambodia firmly condemns and rejects the false and malicious claims by the Thai side alleging that Cambodia has fired long-range PHL 03 missiles into Thai territory.

Cambodia reaffirms that, as of July 28, it has neither deployed nor is prepared to deploy the PHL 03 long-range missiles.

These unfounded accusations are aimed at justifying more brutal and inhumane actions, while their false narrative seeks to mislead both their own citizens and the international community."
