in der Automotiv Welt besonders dort wo
sportliche Herausforderungen, Spektakel und

im Sinne von Textredaktion, Fotografie und Film
Die erste Presse Expedition fand in 2004 statt
während der Dakar Rally. Leon Jansen hatte
die Idee e
ines Gesamtkonzeptes in dem partizipierende
Unternehmen eine Medienpräsenz
geboten bekommen im Tausch gegen Unterstützung
eines Dakar Teams. Das Team
folgt eine Anzahl der Teilnehmer während der
Rallys und sorgt hierdurch mit für die nötige
Medienpräsenz. Außerdem bietet DPT ihren Partnern eine ideale
Plattform um Produktentwicklungen oder
Anwendungen zu testen. Während “Le Dakar” werden die Fahrzeuge
des DPT durch beispielloses und unwegsames
Gelände gesteuert, eine bessere Teststrecke
für neue Produkte kann man sich nicht denken. DPT unterscheidet hierbei die Partner auf
vier verschieden Niveaus, dies wären: Freund,
Bronze, Silber und Gold. Es wird ein individuell
passendes und dem Budget entsprechendes

that is full of challenge, show and emotion. The
company focusses on producing editorials,
photography and film. The first press expedition organised around
the Dakar Rally took place in 2004. Léon Jansen’s vision was that all the participating
partners would get media exposure in
exchange for their support for the Dakar Team. This vision was the foundation for the creation
of Dakar Press Team, a team that currently
generates media exposure for a large number
of the contestants. The only way to cover the costs of the Dakar
Press Expedition was to expand this vision to
DPT’s own partners. This has proven to be
a great success. In 10 years the media exposure
that the DPT offers its partners, has
grown to millions of people. The DPT also offers its partners the opportunity
to test new products and product applications. During Le Dakar the Dakar Press
Team vehicles are exposed to the harshest
environments, the best testing ground for new
